Sean Burnett is a dedicated Physician Assistant with an extensive 20-year tenure in the healthcare field as a PA-C. He accomplished his Associates of Science degree at Queensborough Community College and furthered his education, attaining a Bachelors of Science degree in Physician Assistant from Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education, City College, CUNY. Sean’s professional journey commenced in emergency medicine, where he spent 7 years at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and simultaneously provided per diem services at Queens Hospital Center. For over 14 years, Sean has been a pivotal member of the gastroenterology team at Arya Gastroenterology, now recognized as Triborough GI Gastroenterology.

In addition to his extensive medical training and experience, Sean approaches his work with a compassionate nature and his sincere concern for the holistic well-being of each patient. He stands firmly by the principles of treating patients with empathy and respect, attentively listening to their concerns, and collaborating harmoniously with the healthcare team to ensure optimal care provision. Sean is resolute in his commitment to continually enhance his proficiency in the latest treatment and diagnostic modalities within the realm of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
